Venue pricing is ALL INCLUSIVE. We have NO hidden fees, taxes, gratuity, etc.
Drink packages are an additional cost, priced per person.

Yes! You deserve the freedom to bring your favorite vendors to work your wedding or event and we love meeting new vendors that we get to recommend to others! The only vendors we don't allow are alcohol beverages. For the reception toasts, you may purchase a drink package through our prefered caterer.

Alcohol is permitted at our venue for the reception toasts.

Once you pay the venue fee, you can use a variety of vendors for your other needs and spend money where you like and on what is important to you!
With that said, couples usually spend between $10,000 and $20,000 depending on guest count for catering, who they choose other vendors like wedding planner, DJ, florals, cake, photography and videography.
Yes! Our venue team is there to support you and the property from all things venue related! Included with your venue rental is a day-of wedding coordinator.
We have seen our couples best served by a more thorough wedding planning or coordinating package to help make the entire process of your planning go smoothly. If you don’t have a planner in mind, we have many referrals we are happy to provide!
We do require this to be a person who will not also be a guest at the wedding and will be dedicated to supporting you and your wedding party throughout the entire duration of the event.
